Circle the Lake
Feel the wind in your hair and sunshine on your face as you cycle along the Katayamazu Onsen Cycling Road that circles Lake Shibayama. The cycling road has a total length of 7 km, taking around 40 minutes to complete and giving you a good glimpse of local life. You can also visit cultural facilities and photogenic spots along the way, such as a Pavilion called Ukimido Temple, Aizenji Temple, and Nakaya Ukichiro Museum of Snow and Ice.
After your excursion, you can relax while soaking yourself at the public bathhouse or soaking your feet in the footbath in the park at the centre of town.
